My password isn't working. What should I do?

To reset your password at any time, click the Forgot Your Password? link on the login form. 

If you still have trouble logging in or do not receive a new password by email within approximately 30 minutes, please contact customer service and we will reset your password manually and make sure you can access your account. 

Where are your items manufactured?

At Pebbles Jones, our team makes, creates, packs, and ships everything from our Alabama studio using the best materials from around the world.  We love what we do.

With what metal do you make your jewelry?

Because we use various metals, we always identify the primary metal for every jewelry item in the description.  We only use high quality components.

Do prices change and will the same items always be available?

Prices and availability are subject to change, especially during special events. We carefully select our supplies each season and often release new items. We do also sometimes discontinue older items, especially if the supplies are no longer available.

How do I format a monogram?

We will copy & paste your personalization as ordered, so please double-check spelling and monogram format, as we will create the item exactly as you ordered it.  Traditional monograms are formatted in the First, Last, Middle initial order.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax for items delivered to Alabama addresses.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Continental U.S. Shipping Rates:

Orders of $75.00 or more (before tax) ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail.

For orders below $75.00:

  • USPS 1st Class Mail: $4.99.
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days): $8.99.
  • USPS Express Mail (1-2 Business Days): $30.00.

Insurance (Optional): +$3.50

Note: Delivery times are approximate. Please understand that we cannot control delays that may be caused by the postal system.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are filled and shipped in the order they were received. Prior to placing your order, please review our TURNAROUND TIME to find out when you can expect your item to ship. When your order does ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. We ship USPS Priority Mail within the United States. Please order early and allow extra time for shipping during the holiday season.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time, but we do ship anywhere in the United States.

Do you send tracking numbers?

No, not at this time, but we do ship anywhere in the United States.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

While we do strive to fulfill all orders quickly, we currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Do you send tracking numbers?

Yes, this is why we ask for your email address when placing your order.  When your items ship, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

I already placed an order. Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact customer service right away with your request. We will make every effort to change the shipping address if your order has not already shipped.

If we receive a shipment back due to an incorrect address entered by you, you will be charged for the cost to re-ship the package, regardless of the cost of your order. If a package is returned due to an error on our part, we will reship the package at no cost to you.

Do you accept returns?

Sorry, but no.  Our items are made to order, with many of them personalized.  For this reason, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your items.

If there is an error on our part, please e-mail a photo of the item; we will work with you and make things right. We cannot be held responsible for errors on your part.

We provide descriptions of all of our items so that you are given as much information as possible prior to your ordering.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. Please e-mail a photo of the item received to customer service, and we will make things right!

Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a physical location. We are an online-only boutique.
