How was your weekend?

Our weekend was busy, or rather, Glenn’s weekend was busy. Field trip, mowing two yards, switching bedrooms for Andy, roofing… and even managed to squeeze in a few hours with two of the grand kids. What a great guy!

As you may know our roof leaked in my studio last week. Like a major leak!! Of course the biggest portion of the leak was right above my computers. It was a huge mess. Thank goodness all that was ruined from the leak was one of my keyboards and mouse. The towers, monitors, printer and the other keyboard and mouse all survived. Now I can get back to work!

It helps out, in many ways, when you have someone who is handy and can make the much-needed repairs themselves. Andy took advantaged of the situation to make a little money, for a game he has wanted, by helping.

Glenn did get to have a little fun Friday before having to spend a majority of his weekend on the roof. Friday he took off work and enjoyed the day on a class field trip to Salt plains with Andy. As always, they had an awesome time and brought back some great little treasures they dug up!

hmmm… think maybe someone wasn’t doing there job…maybe!?!  What a mess and glad it isn’t me cleaning it up is all I can say!
